We require 5 different measurements to be taken before an order is placed, these measurements (in inches) are the distances around the 1. waist, 2. the upper thigh, and 3. knee, as well as 4. the distance from the waist to the ankle, and 5. the distance from the inner thigh to the ankle. Please input these measurements, in order from 1-5, in the "Chap Measurements" box separated by commas. Ex. 30, 19, 10, 30, 24

Production: Our team will begin the production process as soon as possible. We use state-of-the-art equipment and top-quality materials to ensure that your order is of the highest quality.

Packaging and Shipment: Your order will be packaged securely and shipped to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. For pickup orders, your items will be reserved in our inventory until you are ready to pickup your order.

Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Typically, it takes 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can track its progress and estimated delivery date.

Pickup: If you are in the El Paso, Texas area, select the "Pickup Order" option at checkout to stop by our shop and collect your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with directions to our leather shop and a code to show during pickup to ensure your product goes to the right person.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on any changes to your order's delivery schedule.
