 We expect at least a two week lead on orders. If you need a plaque with in the two weeks please contact us personally to discuss the possibilty. there is a sur charge for rush. Once we recieve the email a draft will be drawn up and sent to you via email or text for you to proof read and for to make any last minute changes. We will not start production until we recieve your approval.

    • Order confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email to confirm the details of your order. This email will include your order number and an estimated delivery date or pickup date.

    • Production: Our team will begin the production process as soon as possible. We use state-of-the-art equipment and top-quality materials to ensure that your order is of the highest quality.

    • Packaging and Shipment: Your order will be packaged securely and shipped to the shipping address provided during the ordering process. For pickup orders, your items will be reserved in our inventory until you are ready to pickup your order.

    • Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Typically, it takes 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can track its progress and estimated delivery date.

    • Pickup: If you are in the El Paso, Texas area, select the "Pickup Order" option at checkout to stop by our shop and collect your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with directions to our leather shop and a code to show during pickup to ensure your product goes to the right person.

    Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on any changes to your order's delivery schedule.
